PKST Connect provides access to automated strategy-generated market records, including demand-supply observations, setup logs, strategy activation records, risk-reward information, user subscriptions, prepaid credits, and digital information-sharing workflows. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The paid service is a subscription data-access and record-keeping service for users subscribed to automated strategy runners. We charge users for access to these records, related platform features, and continued service usage through prepaid credits.

• You must provide accurate account, contact, and mobile-number information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and connected accounts secure.
• You must review strategy information before subscribing.
• You must maintain sufficient prepaid credit to keep using paid services when those charges are enabled.

Signals, strategy information, setup logs, demand-supply records, and strategy activation discussions are informational records generated from automated strategy rules. We do not provide trading advice, investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, buy/sell/hold recommendations, broker services, order execution, or guaranteed trading outcomes. Trading involves market risk, and users are solely responsible for any decision to trade.

When a strategy setup activates, we may discuss the activation and share risk-reward information through the website and other service channels. This information is provided to help users understand the setup record, not to instruct users to buy, sell, hold, or enter any instrument.

Users must independently evaluate suitability, risk, capital exposure, and market conditions before taking any action outside the platform.

• Prepaid credit value is added digitally after successful payment verification and is required to keep using paid data-access and record-keeping services.
• Prepaid credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable service credits and can be used only for PKST Connect digital services.
• A 3% platform and payment gateway charge is added to prepaid credit recharges. The final payable amount is shown during checkout before payment completion.
• PKST Connect does not provide any customer money account, money-transfer, deposit, withdrawal, or fund-transfer facility, and users are not allowed to send money to other users through the service.
• Credit usage, deductions, refunds, and reconciliation are governed by the Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

We may add broker connectivity or broker-supported integrations in the future. Until such features are launched and governed by their applicable terms, PKST Connect does not execute trades, place orders, route orders, maintain broker accounts, or operate as a broker.

We may restrict or suspend access for suspected abuse, fraud, payment disputes, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.
