- Subscription preferences, service settings, prepaid credit balance, recharge records, setup-log access, automated strategy record access, and transaction metadata.
- Payment references from payment providers needed for verification, reconciliation, refunds, and fraud prevention.
- Technical information such as session, device, browser, and usage logs needed to keep the service secure.
How we use information
- To provide account access, prepaid credit recharge, subscription, automated strategy record access, setup-log, risk-reward information, and strategy activation information services.
- To process payments, verify transactions, and reconcile prepaid credits.
- To communicate service updates, support responses, and important account notices.
- To protect the service from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and operational failures.
Sharing with providers
We share only necessary transaction or technical information with providers such as payment gateways, authentication providers, hosting/database providers, and service communication providers when required to operate the service.
Data retention
Payment and prepaid credit records may be retained as required for accounting, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and operational audit purposes.
User signal history is retained for the configured signal retention period, which defaults to 30 days and may be changed by an administrator. Older user signal history may be automatically deleted.
